Narula Institute of Technology is a leading autonomous Engineering and Management Institute under the aegis of JIS Group Educational Initiative since 2001 and is located at Agarpara, Kolkata. AFFILIATIONS/ ACCREDITATIONS This is an Autonomous Institute affiliated to MAKAUT, WB and the technical courses are approved by AICTE.
The Institute has received prestigious NIRF ranking given by MHRD, Govt of India for the last 6 consecutive years. This year the Institute has ranked in the rank band of 201-250 in the Engineering category. It has NBA accredited degree programmes in Engineering. It also prides itself with the prestigious NAAC ‘A’ accreditation.
The Institute was deemed worthy of receiving the notable World Bank assisted and MHRD approved TEQIP (phase 2) grant for advancement of Technical education. It has also been deemed eligible for receiving central assistance under recognition of clauses 2(f) and 12(b) under UGC Act.
